Protection of Personal Data Information Text
In accordance with this KVKK, the Information text is based on the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and explains the following;
• What kind of data does No33 Butik collect through the www.no33butik.com website (“Site”), how the collected data is used and with whom No33Butik can share your data,
• What your rights are on the data No33Butik processes and how you can use these rights, and
• How you can change your positive or negative preferences for receiving electronic commercial messages.
Why Do We Process Your Personal Data? Which Personal Data Do We Process?
We collect and process some of your data to directly or indirectly identify the Member such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender information, date of birth, TR ID number, tax ID number, personal areas of interest, billing and delivery addresses including, but not limited to, information approved to be shared through social media channels if you choose to connect through social media accounts to provide better service to our customers, carry out and complete your order processes and communicate with you; inform you about products, services, campaigns and promotions; to better understand your shopping preferences, to make trend analyzes and statistical analyzes and strengthen the security of the Site and comply with our legal responsibilities under Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data including the relevant secondary legislation.
In addition to these data, we also collect and process aggregated statistical data that does not contain personal information, such as the frequency and times of visits to the Site, order placing times and the IP address at the time of order, the statistics of visited product pages and ordered products to analyze and understand visitor movements and preferences.
We process and store such data that is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract we have made with you, based on your express consent to enable you to benefit from the services we offer on the Site or where data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms and the purposes determined by the Information in accordance with this KVKK and by taking appropriate information security measures, provided that it is not used outside the scope.
We use some of the data we collect in the database for periodic campaigns dispatched at regular intervals, for the creation of special promotional activities for customer profiles, and for customer classification studies regarding not sending unwanted e-mails, and in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
When you use a credit card to pay for a product, you agree to share your credit card number, credit card expiration date, CVV2 code and similar information with banks. However, the credit card and/or debit card information used to establish an order is not stored in our systems in any way.
No33Butik is free to maintain any record of a terminated membership account, provided that it is anonymized. When the data is anonymized, it cannot be used to identify a person and is not considered as personal data in this sense. The member cannot claim any right or compensation regarding anonymized records.
We may share your personal data with third parties (companies that provide cargo, shipment, call center, database, etc. services) with which we cooperate to provide our services, and with state authorities as required by our legal obligations. Your personal data regarding your visit or membership to no33butik.com and your traffic information such as your navigation information will be shared with public institutions and organizations that are legally authorized to request this information for your security and the execution of No33Butik's legal obligations. However, your personal data will not be used for any commercial purpose or shared with third parties, except as required by the above-mentioned activities and relevant legislation.
What Are Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data and How Can You Exercise These Rights?
No33Butik is obliged to keep the Member information that it is legally required. However, the Member always reserves the right to be informed about the personal data concerning him/her, access these data, request their correction or deletion and learn whether they are used for the relevant purposes or not.
To the extent that No33Butik processes your personal data and No33Butik processes your data as a data controller, according to Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to the address of Güvenevler Mah. 1917 Sok. No.1 33140 Yenişehir/Mersin in writing or by using the registered e-mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address registered in our systems, which you shared with us during your membership by sending an e-mail to [email protected] to find out the following:
• find out if any of your personal data has been processed;
• request information regarding the processing activities of your personal data;
• learn the purpose of processing your personal data;
• whether personal data has been transferred to third parties in the country or abroad, who they are;
• request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed;
• request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing personal data becomes moot or the Company does not have a legal basis or legitimate interest to process such data;
• Request the Company to ensure that third parties, also authorized by the Company, who process personal data respect your rights under this section;
• object to adverse results that can arise as a result of processing personal data through automated systems and
• You have the right to request compensation for any incurred damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can always update your membership and communication preferences by logging into the system.
How Long Is Your Personal Data Retained?
In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce records of withdrawal of consent shall be kept for 1 year from the date of withdrawal. The contents of commercial electronic messages and any other records regarding consignments shall be kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when necessary. After the deadline, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our company or upon your request.
How Is Your Personal Data Protected?
No33Butik attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. No33Butik takes necessary measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
No33Butik undertakes to take all necessary physical, technical and administrative measures to keep your personal data confidential, and show due diligence to ensure confidentiality and security. In the event that personal data is damaged as a result of attacks on the Site and the system despite the necessary information security measures implemented by No33Butik, or is in the hands of third parties, No33Butik will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Board immediately and take necessary measures.
Changes
No33Butik can always make changes in the Information pursuant to this KVKK. These changes become effective immediately upon the posting of the new amended terms and/or policies on the Site. Necessary information about such changes will be given to you, our Members.
